I have had 32 years selling Residential,New Construction, Commercial, etc.  In 1973 I graduated from Biddeford High School. In 1983, I studied Maine Real Estate Law, Maine Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Appraisal to get my Brokers Real Estate License in the State of Maine. In 1985 I got my GRI designation which is held by a small percentage of brokers. I continue my education in real estate in regards to financing and all the new real estate laws. In 1997 I went to school in Florida in regards to Real Estate, and today I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida.

I enjoy working with people, especially first time home buyers. I enjoy watching the glow on the faces of the clients, after much hard work, as I hand them the key to their new home. I also find much joy in helping couples who work hard all their lives, and are now looking to relax and enjoy their retirement years in a more simple maintainence free residential property.
